Na nobody knew you
No, they can’t! Wrong kit (Harry Kane wearing trainers?) and a poor attitude. The also need to drop their egos, I don’t think any footballer can do that!
I’ve just been referred to a hospital for a brain scan and I might get a blood test. I also might have IBS. If you want the story, it’s at 10 likes
yall aint even romaniana
Good video. Rare to see nowadays.
All these Nuttfield 'personal trainers' take cocaine and are the biggest liars on the planet.
Maybe stretch first huh?
Don't listen to her people Lat Focused: chose a neutral grip handle which is as wide or smaller than shoulder width. Lean forward a lot and drag the handle down such that you elbows drive towards your hips Traps/Rear Delts/ Rhomboid focus: Choose a handle bar which is wider than shoulder grip. Grab it as wide or wider than your bench press grip and row the bar to either your belly, sternum or even higher on the chest. The higher you go the more upper you will target and the same for the wider widths. Important to let your shoulder blades pull apart and upper back to round forward and to squeeze together and straighten on the concentric with your back about perpendicular to the ground
More of Chloe and these please.

Hi - man here... great to hear you all talk. I think Olympians are known (as of course with Dame Kelly) because when we watch the olympics we see men and women in the same tournament with equal TV time. So names like Faith Kipyegon, Genzebi Dibaba, Laura Muir, Alyson Felix, Sha'Carri Richardson etc are well known because they have those cameras on them at mass media events like the Olympics. Viewing numbers for Womens world cup were encouraging . As with Dame Kelly, when an athlete has that exposure they become legendary for life - it didn't hurt that she achieved an almost impossible feat wining both the middle distance classics - something never done. At that very top level in my country (Australia) many of our top female legends are universally loved and recognised. Dawn Frazer, Raelene Boyle, Cathy Freeman, Marjorie Jackson, Betty Cuthbert, Sally Pearson etc. But it's that next level down where the media attention dries up. That's inter-club where the difference in crowd attendance between men and women will really be noticed. A club game in AFL for example will draw 80000 in the mens but maybe only 10,000 in the moments if that. That's about building interest in juniors amongst all fans, not just players and families. I think at airtime the womens and mens games should always be back to back and alternate start times so there's a chance of audience capture at peak viewing times. I've coached girls and boys and my daughter was a runner at national level. Miss those days. All the best - always great to see Kelly out and about. What a legend.
Kely and Fara are legends in their sports! You might be interested to hear the full chat in our podcast: www.nuffieldhealth.com/article/lets-talk-health-podcast ^BP
Thanks- yes I’m sure, just don’t know their sports as well as athletics but I’ll check that out. Cheers.
Tomorrow I will get my blood drawn 😭😭 I m so scared
Short and to the point. Thanks coach! 💪
Glad it was helpful! Subscribe for more workouts and tips ^BP
Hello. Once you've mastered the hang clean, what numbers of reps do you suggest working towards before advancing on to other variations and progressions? I can currently do no more than 10 whilst maintaining good form with an 8kg kettlebell. Thankyou!
❤❤❤❤❤
You literally don’t show ANY of the feet/leg movement. Cameraman/woman needs a lesson in how to show us something useful… a real pity because usually your videos are good. Come of Nuffield - you’re much better than this.
Sorry to hear that. Maybe this is one we should re-do. Like this comment if you agree! ^BP
Its not the needle im scared of. I can inject myself and other people. Its the whole clenching a fist, tight strap around the arm and touching of veins that build up to it and then!...🥴🤢
Perfect thank you
Glad it helped ^BP
🎉🎉🎉
Glad it helped. This video seems to have helped a LOT of people! ^BP
and say goodbye to your back gains forever !

The cleaning of the vein, that is the process that just brings in all the anxiety and fear for me. I very much detest that part. 0:40 and 0:50 are my biggest biggest biggest fears
Can't even do first exercise, due to extremely limited lateral hip mobility. Nearly lost my legs due to a cross-legged sitting stretch gone wrong at a judo class nearly 15 years ago. Had to undergo an entire year of hip and leg repair, as well as a full rehab of the hip joint for at least being able to walk and sit with assistance. Nowadays, I can walk fairly long distance on a daily basis, and I can sit fine on my own; that said, my doctors told me that I should never, for the rest of my life, jog, run, jump, or cross my legs or feet in any way, as well as not to spread my legs beyond my shoulders' width, otherwise the repaired areas would re-open with no chance of healing, unless I undergo for a full double hip joint replacement.
I’m sorry to her about your movement difficulties. If you are based in the UK it may be worth applying for our free Joint Pain programme: www.nuffieldhealth.com/about-us/our-impact/healthy-life/joint-pain-programme ^BP
@@nuffieldhealth I'm in France unfortunately. Physical therapists here are getting scarce, even in densely populated regions. I'm strongly thinking about moving out to either Belgium, Ireland or Canada to have a better health coverage...

Sacrificing ROM with this form
wow, 2024th comment
I think for blood tests before they book your appointment I think they should ask if you have a fear needles. If you if you have needles, they should give you numbing cream.
I am on my premenstual period, I wake up at 5.30 a.m not on my best wake up feelings but in the middle of normal and low mood, at 7 a.m i felt hungry but sleepy at the same time really hard to make a decision whether i should cook or buy some food, it takes long time to make this decision but i end up with take more sleep until 9 a.m. After that, i buy some food and make sure i had enough protein intake and eat my fiber first, the mood getting better but on 10.30 it feels getting worse again, i am tired and couldn't think clearly, i mean the decision who could be easy to make on my folicular phase are now not that much, did there any something to do to prevent this kind of condition?
this video is so weird, IDGAF what other people think about how much I sweat, which is a lot, it is just uncomfortable for me because of a number of reasons like having your hair and clothes be super wet or the fact that every time I leave a bench or something I cannot work with someone else because I would have to wipe it clean every set, or the fact that sweating more means smelling more, which means I have to shower before and after going to the gym so I avoid smelling as much as possible and it is not enjoyable to take a bathroom break every couple of sets to re-apply deodorant so I don't make my nose explode, also having to wash my gym clothes with a bunch of additional shit instead of just regular detergent so the sweaty smell doesn't stick . It is not about "feeling self-conscious" it is just uncomfortable as hell having to deal with it.
This is not a good programme for anyone experiencing fatigue, crashes and post-exertional malaise. The trainer had no idea about fatigue, didnt ask how we were in ourselves before the session or how we'd been affected the previous week (I didnt get the promised follow up video call), she didnt advise us to take things at our own pace and listen to our bodies as you would expect at the start of any exercise class, and tried to encourage us to push through our own stop signals. When I pointed out I would crash afterwards if I followed her advice I was told 'I have training in how to do it safely' - it wasnt very good training if you dont listen to your clients! I was told I needed to do more in order to build up my cardio fitness, despite trying to explain that raising my heart rate currently causes me to crash. She didnt want to listen, just seemed annoyed that I was challenging her. I thought we would get support and encouragement to take things at our own pace, not be pushed to do what we know we shouldnt. Having previously been very active, I really struggle to slow down and listen to my body and thats what I thought this would help with. There was no understanding of how upsetting it is to not be able to manage your previous level of activity. I guess that as its being offered by a gym, they want to push exercise as the magic cure in order to try to get new clients. Its not like if we only got off our lazy @rses we would all magically get better! It might be a good programme if it were simply to help people who have been deconditioned by illness back to some level of fitness but if you have PEM or fatigue, avoid!
This helped a lot with my shoulder pain, thank you!
That is so nice to hear, thanks for letting us know ^BP
Talk to the professional? Oh, no. I don’t need that. They can already understand from my face since I look like I’m about to cry. 😂
Nahh this form ahahha
The exercise ball kept rolling away 😂😂😂 I gave up in the end
Hi Natalie, Just a quick note to say I'm so glad I found your videos. Have been getting back into pump for last couple of months so have been doing the Natalie workouts! Many thanks..... Bonnie Ps. Usually done in Lebrina, Tasmania at our farm, but have done two in the hotel gym in Fiji this week!
Is there such a thing as your legs not wide and the kettlebells not in between your legs but in front? Kind of like a reverse fly with a kettlebell, but instead doing rows in an explosive, alternating way?
Thank you so much for sharing this beautifull class ❤🧡💛
Glad you liked it. Here is the next PUMP class with Natalie: ruclips.net/video/iLNa-YjmVW0/видео.html ^BP
